We spent yesterday at Cuverville Island observing penguins. I had fun photographing and filming the penguins. For those of you who can’t be here but would like to be, I created a short video.
You’d think that after an hour or so, you’d get tired of watching penguins, but that’s not the case, at least for me as well as those I’ve spoken with on our voyage. The penguins are so entertaining as they waddle through the snow or slide through on their bellies and so amusing that one doesn’t easily tire of watching them. I like them because they are like humans — they fall down but they always get back up and continue on their journeys.
Check out the video and let me know what you think or get started on planning your own cruise to capture special moments like this in Antarctica.
