In February we were thrilled to begin booking for the first Regent Seven Seas Explorer sailings in 2016! Our excitement continues to unfold as they release new details about the ship which is taking “the most inclusive luxury experience” to a new level!
CULINARY ARTS KITCHEN
For the first time on any of its ships, Regent has created a brand new culinary instruction center, which will be used for a over a dozen classes and can hold up to 18 future chefs at a time.
“The instruction at the Culinary Arts Kitchen will cover a wide array of topics including healthy cooking, fish and shellfish preparation, perfect food and wine pairings for entertaining, delectable mini-desserts, high-heat grilling, and classes inspired by the destinations visited by the ship.”
Like the rest of their ships, every inch of the space has been designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Top-of-the-line appliances, individualized training, floor to ceiling windows to enjoy views while cooking, and of course fresh ingredients to make their divine dishes.
We love this new addition to their on board educational programs! Maybe we’ll all come home a little more inspired too cook, rather than simply wishing their chef would show up at our front door!
MERIDIAN LOUNGE
As you can see in the above photo, the Meridian Lounge is an elegant new space aboard the Seven Seas Explorer with an expansive bar and cozy feel.
We can’t help but think of Mad Men when looking at this new modern take on a place to enjoy a cocktail before or after one of the great shows in the Constellation Theater.
Whether you’re looking for a Manhattan, an Old Fashioned or a glass of tea the dark wood accents and soothing blue carpets will invite you to sit down, relax and catch up.
