An excursion in Kusadasi, Turkey, might be a drive toward Bulbul Mountain to visit the house believed to be the last home of the Virgin Mary, combined with a tour of the fascinating archaeological site at Ephesus.
An excursion in Cartagena, Columbia, might include a history-filled tour of the Old City – a walled town filled with treasures of colonial architecture – followed by tapas and spectacular views from the top of one of the city’s best hotels.
An excursion in Sorrento, Italy – just across the bay from Naples – might include a drive through the countryside to a farm, where you can sample the homemade limoncello while you learn to make Mozzarella cheese.
